This 1.5 acre site, located on a hilltop with panoramic views of the San Fernando Valley, offered an opportunity to link a new pool house with an expanded landscape and new pool. A series of lawn terraces and stone walls frame a large open area for family activities. A site wide perimeter path leads to a shaded native garden under a canopy of mature coast live oak and ash trees. In the evening, new stone terraces adjacent to the pool house offer dramatic views of the city below.
